The Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan announced expansion of the list of digital services available to citizens through Tunduk mobile app.
Now, users of the app can receive two new types of certificates in electronic form:
- A medical certificate from a psychiatrist;
- A medical certificate from a narcologist.
As the ministry notes, the ability to obtain a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record, which is one of the most popular among the population, has previously been successfully introduced in the app.
All of these certificates are issued in digital format without the need for citizens to personally contact the relevant institutions. They are available around the clock via smartphone and have full legal force. State and municipal authorities are obliged to accept these electronic documents without requiring paper copies.
