Another company from Kyrgyzstan gets into U.S. sanctions list

Another company from Kyrgyzstan has been included in the U.S. sanctions list. The list published on the U.S. Department of State’s website says.

It is specified that the U.S. Department of Justice is imposing sanctions against nearly 400 organizations and individuals that supply goods related to the military industry to the Russian Federation. The U.S. Department of State notes that the companies subject to sanctions supplied microelectronic and aviation components produced in the United States and Europe to Russian companies associated with the military industry.

The list includes a company from Kyrgyzstan LLC SERVICE FLY BISHKEK. The U.S. Department of State claims that the Kyrgyz Republic-based company sent over $1.2 million worth of U.S. and EU-origin CHPL (Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4) items, including microelectronic and aviation components, to LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY WAREHOUSE FORESS, a Russia-based company, between January 2024 and May 2024. Osoo.kg database says that this company is engaged in the wholesale trade of equipment.

Sanctions against companies from the Kyrgyz Republic have been imposed before. Among them are Akforta, TSB LLC (Transit Service Bishkek) and Nova Proekt LLC. The Kyrgyz firm Inter Style Plus was included in the UK sanctions list.
