A sharp weather change and a cold snap are expected in Kyrgyzstan on October 11-12. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
Rain is forecast in most of Chui, Talas, Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Kul regions, in some places of Naryn region, snow — in the highlands, and no precipitation is expected in Osh and Batken regions.
Intense precipitations are expected in some areas of Chui, Talas, and Jalal-Abad regions.
A drop in air temperature is forecast. In some areas, the west wind will increase to 15-20 meters per second.
Unstable weather is expected on October 13-16: occasional rain, snow in the mountains, and intense precipitations in some places of Chui, Talas, and Jalal-Abad regions.
In some areas, the western wind will increase to 15-20 meters per second, and wind gusts will reach 18-23 meters per second in the western part of Issyk-Kul Lake.
Unstable weather will complicate the work of motor transport, communications companies, energy and public utilities, grazing and keeping livestock on pastures.
