E-diaries to be introduced in schools of Kyrgyzstan in second quarter

The Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan reports that the finalization of the state electronic diary for schools will be completed in the nearest future.

According to the press service of the ministry, starting from the second quarter, citizens will have access to this tool, which will become the first national portal that combines the management of the educational process, assessment of the quality of education, as well as educational and methodological materials.

The electronic school diary will increase transparency, improve interaction between the school, students and their parents, and optimize the educational process.

The key benefits of using an electronic school diary:

  • Convenient access to information: The electronic diary allows parents and students to track academic performance, homework and lesson schedules in real time. Thanks to the mobile application, which will be available on all popular platforms, users will be able to access information anytime and anywhere.
  • Transparency of the educational process: Parents will be able to promptly receive notifications about any changes in the schedule or about the academic performance of their children, which will improve interaction with teachers and allow them to participate more actively in the educational process.
  • Integration with Google Classroom: To simplify the use of digital educational resources, integration with Google Classroom is provided, which will provide more convenient use of materials and homework through one platform.
  • Data automation: Lists of students and teachers will be generated automatically based on personal identification numbers (PIN), which will eliminate errors and simplify the work of the school administration. This system will also ensure the accuracy of data, its relevance and protection from unauthorized access.
  • Digitalization of the educational and methodological complex: The electronic diary will become part of the national educational ecosystem, where teachers will be able to share methodological materials, create and edit curricula, and test students using tools for creating tests and control tasks.

The Ministry of Education and Science guarantees that access to the electronic diary will be free for everyone.

As the ministry noted, this will ensure equal opportunities for all students, regardless of their financial situation, and will allow everyone to use modern digital solutions to improve the quality of education.

The ministry added that it will continue to work on developing and supporting digital solutions for schools aimed at improving the quality of education and the availability of educational resources for every student.
