Karpinsky geological class opened in Kyrgyzstan

Karpinsky geological class was opened in Kyrgyzstan at the M.M. Adyshev Institute of Geology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Telegram channel of the All-Russian Research Geological Institute named after Alexander Karpinsky reports.

According to scientists, this important event was a new step in the development of cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan in the field of geology and subsoil use.

«Karpinsky geological classes are a unique international project aimed at developing joint projects in the field of geology, subsoil use and earth sciences with friendly countries. The Karpinsky Institute is a representative of the classical St. Petersburg geological school, so it is not surprising that our specialists are actively involved in this project, sharing their knowledge and experience with geologists from different countries. This is part of a large scientific and educational program to promote the Russian Geological School abroad, which, in addition to Karpinsky’s classes, also includes such projects as Sambo in Granite and Time of Geology,» the statement says.

Geology classes will be held regularly both in person and online.
