Migrants from Central Asia and the East are leaving en masse for the special military operation from Yugorsk. Head of the department for primary military registration Andrey Kochelyagin reported on «Nash Yugorsk» Telegram channel.
According to him, natives of Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Egypt become volunteers.
Andrey Kochelyagin noted that there is a number of advantages for volunteers leaving for the special military operation under a contract in Yugra. The okrug has one of the highest payment rates. Foreigners will also be able to obtain Russian citizenship in an accelerated manner. On average, this procedure is reduced to 3-6 months. But the main motivator for migrants is patriotism, the head of the department for primary military registration said.
Earlier, payments to contract soldiers were increased in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug of Russia. Financial support from the government of the okrug increased to 1.3 million rubles. Moreover, if you add up all the payments, a contract soldier can receive more than 1.7 million rubles at a time.
