According to the analysis, the users of the Web made up 79.8 percent of the total population of the country.
The number of social media users reached 2.95 million or 43.5 percent of the population by the beginning of the year.
According to DataReportal, 54.5 percent of all Internet users were active on at least one platform. Meanwhile, there were 11.07 million cellular mobile users.
«The analysis shows that the number of Internet users in the Kyrgyz Republic increased by 83,000 (+1.6 percent) from January 2023 to January 2024,» the statement says.
