According to the Presidential Envoy to Issyk-Kul region Ulanbek Daliyev, the park and beach area was built by internal and external investors for 150 million soms. They were allocated six hectares of municipal land for the construction.
In addition to the pier, investors improved the city beach, built a 400-meter bicycle path, a playground for children and a hotel.
