Two more companies from Kyrgyzstan — Transit Service Bishkek (TSB LLC) and Nova Proekt — were subject to sanctions by the USA. The updated list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List) was posted on the U.S. Department of Treasury website.
As the electronic database of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic says, TSB LLC was registered on August 11, 2015 and was re-registered on June 2, 2023. Its head is Sergei Viktorovich Karpuk. The company is engaged in wholesale non-specialized trade. It is located in Prigorodnoye village, Alamedin district.
The second company included in the sanctions list is Nova Proekt LLC. It was registered on August 9, 2022. The head is Gulfira Keshafovna Tugusheva. The company develops construction projects. It is located in Bishkek.
As the U.S. Department of Treasury reports, Russian citizen Dmitry Vladimirovich Alikhanov has used the Kyrgyz Republic-based Nova Proekt company as a falsified end-user to procure machine tools for the Russian aerospace industry.
In addition, USA has updated the listings for Promsvyazbank Public Joint Stock Company to include its locations in Beijing, People’s Republic of China (PRC), Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, and New Delhi, India.
Earlier, six more enterprises from the Kyrgyz Republic were included in the U.S. government’s sanctions list for cooperation with the Russian Federation.
