Deputy Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Almaz Imangaziev met with a delegation of the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan, headed by Additional Secretary Muhammad Saleem in Bishkek. The Foreign Affairs Ministry reported.
The Pakistani side was provided with detailed information about the incident involving foreigners. The Deputy Minister noted that the competent authorities of the republic took all necessary measures to ensure the safety of the arrived citizens in time, and a comprehensive work is being carried out to prevent such incidents in the future.
In addition, participants of the meeting discussed the issues of stay of Pakistani citizens in Kyrgyzstan and their education in the country’s universities.
In addition, they agreed to hold consular consultations between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries to discuss migration issues.
