Russian ruble has appreciated and the euro has depreciated in Kyrgyzstan over the past 24 hours.
Commercial banks and exchange offices in the capital buy the Russian currency at 1.002-1.01 soms and sell it for 1.03-1.035 soms. The nominal exchange rate was set by the National Bank at 1.0131 soms (up 0.38 percent).
The euro, on the contrary, has slightly depreciated. Today it is bought for 97-97.3 soms and sold for 98-98.3 soms. The official rate is 97.8769 soms (0.15 percent drop).
Exchange rates of dollar and Kazakh tenge remain relatively stable.
The dollar is bought for 89-89.2 soms, sold for 89.6-89.72 soms. Its nominal rate is 89.32 soms.
Kazakh tenge buying rate is 0.125-0.138 soms, selling rate is 0.2-0.205 soms with the official rate of 0.1979 soms.
