A weather alert has been issued in Kyrgyzstan for April 23-24, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
According to the service, unstable weather with localized heavy rains is expected in the foothills and mountainous regions of the republic.
This may lead to mudflows and rising river levels.
Citizens are advised to take precautions, especially near mountainous areas, riverbeds, and mudflow channels.
