Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan to stop on-site audits from 2024

The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan will stop on-site audits from 2024. Chairman of the State Tax Service Altynbek Abduvapov stated in the Parliament.

«Our body is one of the initiators of the moratorium on on-site inspections. This applies not only to ours, but also to inspections by law enforcement agencies. There will be a moratorium everywhere; inspections will be carried out if there is a criminal case. No inspection will be ordered before initiation of a criminal case,» the head of the State Tax Service said.

According to him, all information is in electronic format, including data on cash registers. «We look at electronic invoices. Information about cash registers is provided second by second,» Altynbek Abduvapov noted.

«Everyone who works using cash registers is happy. Entrepreneurs with an annual turnover of up to 15 million will not submit reports from 2024. Previously it was 8 million,» the Chairman of the Tax Service said.
