Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov took part in the opening ceremony of a new three-story building of secondary school No. 1 named after Babkin for 375 students in Jalal-Abad city. The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
Akylbek Japarov recalled that about 130 schools were built this year, including 28 in Jalal-Abad region, which is the result of the reforms carried out in the country.
By order of the President, 2 billion soms have been allocated to the city of Jalal-Abad this year. The construction of a number of facilities is 90-100 percent complete. Dozens of city streets have been paved, streetlights have been installed, sidewalks have been repaired, and bicycle lanes have been created. An asphalt concrete plant worth 112 million soms was built in the city.

At the end of his speech, the Chairman of the Cabinet called on teachers and parents to make active joint efforts to provide high-quality education for children in accordance with the requirements of the time.
At least 59,308 million soms were spent from the state budget on the construction of an additional building for the Babkin school.
