A 20-year-old guy was detained for inciting ethnic hatred through TikTok in Kara-Suu district. The press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Osh region reported.
As noted, a video was sent out in early December.
As a result of the examination, a criminal case was opened under Article 330 «Incitement of racial, ethnic, national, religious or interregional hostility (hatred)» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
An investigation is underway.
