Kyrgyzstan plans to introduce artificial intelligence in Public Service Centers

It is planned to introduce artificial intelligence in the Public Service Centers of Kyrgyzstan. Minister of Digital Development of the republic Nuria Kutnaeva announced at a press conference.

According to her, for 2024 the Ministry of Digital Development has plans to create data processing centers, increase the number of digital documents and transfer government services into digital format as much as possible.

«We plan to add a pensioner ID card to the number of digital documents and open five new Public Service Centers. In addition, we want to delegate the functions of the Public Service Centers to the rural administrations. Infocom operators will work there. We want to launch outsourcing projects and transfer certain services of Public Service Centers to some commercial structures in a front office format, taking into account all information security requirements. This will allow us to expand the document acceptance points,» Nuria Kutnaeva said.
