New Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Slovakia and the Czech Republic appointed

Tolendy Makeev was appointed an Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Slovakia and the Czech Republic with residence in Vienna. The corresponding decree was signed by the President Sadyr Japarov. The press service of the head of state reports.

Previously, Tolendy Makeev held the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Austria, and was also the permanent representative of the republic to the UN, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and other international organizations in Vienna. He was appointed to this post in June 2021.

Before this, Tolendy Makeev also worked as the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Germany, the Vatican, Sweden and Denmark on a part-time basis with residence in Berlin.
