One commercial bank of Kyrgyzstan was brought to administrative responsibility. The State Financial Intelligence Service reported.
The decision was taken because of violation of the order and time of submission of information and documents requested by the financial intelligence agency. In addition, the commercial bank violated the requirements, procedure and deadlines for the submission of reports on transactions subject to control and reporting, established by the legislation in the field of countering the financing of terrorist activities and money laundering.
As a result, the financial institution received two fines totaling 124,000 soms. The name of the bank is not voiced by the State Financial Intelligence Service.
