Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov took part in the second meeting of the Kyrgyz-German Business Council in Hamburg (Germany). The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
Akylbek Japarov stressed that the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan is ready for a productive dialogue and assistance in the implementation of any projects in all sectors of the economy and solving any problems during the support of each project from the start. The financial sector, industry, agro-industrial complex, renewable energy sources, logistics and infrastructure, information technology and personnel training are considered as promising areas of cooperation.
«The subsoil of Kyrgyzstan is rich in minerals, not only gold and coal, but also iron — more than 5 billion tons in ore in just one section of a deposit, titanium, rare earth metals, which currently have high economic demand (europium, zirconium, cesium, group of lanthanides and others),» the head of the Cabinet said.
He invited partners from Germany to joint geological exploration work and called for investment in the mining industry of Kyrgyzstan.
