Trial against Chyntemir Ashiraliev, accused of murder of a woman and her two children in the 5th microdistrict of the capital, completed in the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek.
After leaving the deliberation room, judge Nadyrbek Toktosunov read out the verdict, according to which Chyntemir Ashiraliev was found guilty of the crimes and sentenced to life imprisonment with confiscation of property. He will serve his sentence in a prison colony with special regime.
The court also ruled to recover 671,500 soms and compensation for moral damage in the amount of 3 million soms in favor of the affected party.
Previously, the defendant insisted on his innocence. The prosecutor and the lawyer of the affected party asked the court to sentence Chyntemir Ashiraliev to life imprisonment with confiscation of property. The defense also asked to recover from the accused material and moral damages in the amount of 4,671,590 soms.
On October 16, at the trial, Chyntemir Ashiraliev, accused of killing three people, completely renounced his initial testimony and stated that he did not kill anyone, but tried to save them. According to him, Altynai Kanzamanova killed her nine-year-old son, after which her daughter attacked her, and then the girl jumped out of the window.
The bodies of a woman and her two children were found in one of the apartments in the 5th microdistrict in Bishkek on February 16. A criminal case was opened into the murder. The suspect was detained. He turned out to be a former employee of the State Committee for National Security. The detainee was taken into custody and kept in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Bishkek.
