Wildberries suspended shipments of goods from Kyrgyzstan for two weeks. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry reported.
The head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Temir Sariev, met with a representative of Wildberries company, Maxim Gubanov, to discuss serious problems associated with the shipment of goods from Kyrgyzstan through this platform. The company suspended shipment due to the requirement of the Kazakh side to provide certain documents.
«Every day Wildberries ships more than 5 tons of goods totaling more than $25,000, and this is just the beginning. This situation could seriously affect the income of Kyrgyzstanis who work through this platform. Temir Sariev expressed his readiness to provide assistance. There were proposals to ship goods by air and rail. All these options will be carefully studied,» the statement says.
