«The court granted the petition of the investigator. Adilet Kasenov was placed under house arrest. It is known that a member of the organized crime group had a stroke even before his arrest. According to the government decree, the defendant cannot be detained with such a disease. In addition, the measure of restraint was extended for other defendants in the case,» the sources said.
According to investigators, for many years the detainees robbed entrepreneurs of a cargo of consumer goods exported from China. As part of the initiated criminal case, active members of the organized crime group of Kamchi Kolbaev were detained and placed in a pre-trial detention center.
