Salaries of principals and deputy heads of general educational organizations, special schools and boarding schools of all types and names will be increased by 50 percent from September 1. The Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan reported.
About 549 million soms per year will be required to increase the salaries of principals and deputy heads of general educational organizations, from September 1,2023 — 183 million soms.
From September 1, principal of a school with the number of students from 100 — 600 people in one of the villages of Issyk-Kul region, who has more than 13 years of work experience, will receive 28,715 soms instead of 19,143 soms before the increase. And the deputy head of this school with more than 13 years of work experience will receive 26,120 soms from September 1 instead of 17,413 soms before the increase.
Principal of a school with more than 1,800 students in one of the villages of Uzgen district, who has more than 15 years of work experience, will receive 35,597 soms instead of 23,731 soms before the increase. And the deputy head of this school with more than 15 years of work experience will receive 32,040 soms from September 1 instead of 21,360 soms before the increase.
