Shareholders of the State Development Bank decided to increase authorized capital of the institution. Website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange says.
It is noted that the capital will increase by 5 billion soms — from 2 to 7 billion. To do this, 5 million ordinary registered shares worth 1,000 soms each will be placed.
In addition, the bank’s shareholders approved large transactions with a total value of more than 50 percent of the book value of the company’s assets for the purchase and sale of government securities for a total of 14,590.6 billion soms.
It should be noted that this is the cost of the state-owned cellular communications operator Alfa Telecom OJSC (Mega trademark).
