Officials of Nooken district of Jalal-Abad region were detained for fraud with land plots. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
The security services revealed numerous facts of illegal allocation of land plots by fake decisions of local government bodies, as well as facts of illegal issuance of town-planning and title documents without transformation of agricultural land into land plots for individual housing construction.
The director of Nooken branch of Cadastre state institution, land management specialist, specialist of the Nooken District Department of Urban Planning and Architecture and former head of Nooken rural area were detained and taken to the pre-trial detention center.
