Federal President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier will pay an official visit to Kyrgyzstan on June 21-23. Roads in Bishkek will be closed for traffic in connection with it. Press service of the Main Traffic Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The following road sections will be closed temporarily:
— From Manas airport to the border of Bishkek;
— On Zhibek Zholu Avenue from Fuchik Street to Molodaya Gvardiya Boulevard;
— On Molodaya Gvardiya Boulevard to Chui Avenue;
— On Chui Avenue from Molodaya Gvardiya Boulevard to Manas Avenue;
— On Manas Avenue to the State Residence;
— From the State Residence to Ata-Beyit memorial complex;
— Bypass road from the city of Bishkek to Tokmak city.
The Main Traffic Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic urges citizens to take the imposed restrictions with understanding and plan the route in advance.
The department also asks not to leave vehicles on the side of the road, not to drive into the oncoming lane, obey the requirements of the traffic police and strictly observe the traffic rules.
