Emergencies Ministry of Kyrgyzstan inspects dangerous landslide prone areas

Dangerous landslide prone areas were inspected in Uzgen, Alai and Suzak districts. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan reported.

According to it, mobile monitoring and forecasting center inspected the areas in Osh and Jalal-Abad regions, using a drone.

New methods of monitoring research increase the accuracy of forecasts. Experts clarified information on the current state of landslides; they conducted explanatory work with the villagers who continue to live in the dangerous zone and gave recommendations to local officials.
