Major fire breaks out at Alkoni plant in Bishkek

A major fire broke out at Alkoni plant in Bishkek. Press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

«Information about a fire on Isakeyeva Street was received at 3.10 a.m. Five fire brigades, staff, a water carrier and a task unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations left for the scene,» the statement says.

The fire area was approximately 3,500-4,000 square meters. The fire was brought under control at 5.55 a.m. Work on its elimination continues.
