The Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan and Sberbank of Russia signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in St. Petersburg at Healthy Society Forum. Press service of the ministry reported.
The Memorandum is about the development of digital healthcare and artificial intelligence in medicine, use of modern medical AI technologies that are being developed by Sberbank and partner companies for analyzing medical images and making a preliminary diagnosis.
According to Minister Gulnara Baatyrova, development of the use of digital technologies in healthcare is a priority task for Kyrgyzstan.
Director of the Center for Health Industry of Sberbank Sergei Zhdanov added that work is underway to ensure that AI services for diagnosing diseases using medical images are developed and introduced into everyday practice as quickly as possible, saving human lives and helping doctors in their daily work.
