Myrzabek Zhyparkulov, the former chief of staff of the Bishkek City Hall, became the new head of the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services. Press service of the head of state reported.
The corresponding decree was signed by the President Sadyr Japarov.
Myrzabek Zhyparkulov was the Director of the State Inspectorate for Environmental and Technical Safety in 2020. In 2021, he was relieved of his post as chief of staff of the Bishkek City Hall, having worked there for 12 days only.
