Exhibition of Kyrgyz artist opened at Embassy of Hungary in Bishkek

An exhibition of the Kyrgyz artist Aruuke Sydygaly kyzy «My Palette» opened at the Embassy of Hungary in Bishkek within the framework of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Art Club. The diplomatic mission informed 24.kg news agency.

The event was opened by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to the Kyrgyz Republic Dorogi Sandor and the First Vice President of the International Association of Unions of Artists, Honored Worker of Culture Taalaibek Usubaliev.

Dorogi Shandor noted that art is a universal language of communication, which makes it possible to immerse in the culture of another country and feel it from the inside. The Budapest Conference Hall, where the exhibition was opened, has become a special space where the audience gets acquainted with Hungarian and Kyrgyz creators.

«Aruuke Sydygaly kyzy is a representative of the younger generation of Kyrgyz artists, creating traditional genre paintings and still-life paintings, in addition to her experimental mood. Aruuke is not afraid of serious realistic subjects either —there are paintings on complex social topics among the works of «My Palette» exhibition. The expressive and sincere style of her works can be called impressionistic,» the Embassy noted.

The exhibition will be open to visitors until January 13. Admission is free.
