The procedure for admission to higher educational institutions has been changed in Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Ministry of Education and Science reported.
According to the decision of the Cabinet:
- Enrollment of applicants in higher education institutions, regardless of their organizational and legal forms, for all forms of education, under an agreement with payment of tuition fees is carried out following the results of summer admission until August 25, following the results of winter admission — until February 10;
- Admission of applicants who are foreign citizens to higher education institutions, regardless of their organizational and legal forms, for all forms of education, under an agreement with payment of tuition fees is carried out following the results of summer admission until October 15;
- In case of force majeure circumstances that have arisen in the Kyrgyz Republic or in foreign countries (natural disasters, epidemics, martial law, fires, emergencies), for foreign citizens, the deadlines for conducting entrance examinations and enrolling applicants as part of the summer admission may be extended by the authorized body up to December 5.
