Death of Jiang Zemin: Mourning hall opened at Chinese Embassy in Kyrgyzstan

A mourning hall has been opened at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Kyrgyzstan to express condolences on the death of Jiang Zemin, who passed away on Wednesday at the age of 96. The diplomatic mission reported.

The hall will be open from December 1 to December 6 from 9.30 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 5.30. p.m. A book of condolences is also available for guests from the Kyrgyz side, diplomatic missions and representative offices of international organizations accredited in the Kyrgyz Republic who wish to express their condolences.

Jiang Zemin passed away due to illness in Shanghai, China on November 30 at 12.13 p.m. at the age of 96.

«Jiang Zemin was an outstanding leader who enjoyed high authority and universal recognition from the entire party, the entire army and the multinational people of the country, a great Marxist, a great proletarian revolutionary, a politician, a military leader, a diplomat, a time-tested fighter for the ideals of communism, and also an outstanding leader of the great cause of socialism with Chinese features. He was the core of the leadership team of the third generation of the CCP Central Committee and the main founder of the important ideas of the triple representation,» the Embassy noted.
