The delegates elected the Chairman of the first People’s Kurultai.
It is the head of Kyrgyz Zholu united spiritual society Kadyr Koshaliev. Previously, he was a member of the constitutional convention. He is a member of the Council of Aksakals of the Kurultai, elected today. It consists of 20 people.
It is known that Kadyr Koshaliev was one of the drafters of the draft law on the People’s Kurultai. He is the deputy of the organizing committee for holding the Kurultai.
It should be noted that 1,072 delegates take part in the forum.
