The share of young voters (from 18 to 30 years old. — Note of 24.kg news agency) in the structure of the list of voters throughout the country is 32 percent. The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) reported.
This is 1,201,533 people. However, only 246,803 people, or 20.5 percent of them participated in the elections of deputies of the Parliament, held on November 28, 2021.
Every year, about 80,000 new citizens, who have turned 18, are included in the voter lists.
