The legal needs of the justice system were assessed in Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the President reported.
According to it, at the initiative of the Presidential Executive Office, study of the legal needs of the population in improving the quality of legal assistance provided by justice bodies and institutions, as well as other organizations, began in May 2022.
Research and data, their analysis will allow public authorities to direct their efforts to address the identified problems, barriers to the provision of quality legal assistance. Conclusions of the study will also help to correctly reorient the training of judges, prosecutors, lawyers, civil servants who directly provide such services to the population, taking into account new challenges and trends in the global economy and politics.
The analysis was carried out with the participation of the Institute for Statistical Research and Advanced Training of the National Statistical Committee, Rebicon research company with the technical support of the USAID Ukuk Bulagy project.
In November of this year, the Presidential Executive Office will host a round table with the participation of government agencies and civil society.
