Businessman and activist Ilgiz Shamenov was detained in Moscow. He announced this on his Facebook page.
According to him, he and Orozaiym Narmatova, who was detained the day before, are being taken to Bishkek.
«Orozaiym Narmatova and I are departing. We will be at Bishkek airport today at 3 p.m. It turns out that the head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, came to Moscow himself and asked to extradite us, as if we were especially dangerous criminals,» the activist wrote.
He noted that they are charged with preparation for organization of riots with the use of firearms.
The Committee for protection of Kempir-Abad reservoir was created on October 22. It includes activists, politicians and MPs. On the same day, in an interview with Kabar news agency, President Sadyr Japarov said: the authorities have information who was behind the rallies and marches on Kempir-Abad issue.

Talant Eshaliev was placed under house arrest for health reasons.
A member of the Committee for protection of Kempir-Abad Reservoir, Mambetzhunus Abylov, was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
