Kyrgyzstanis won medals at the World Youth Sambo Championships, which took place on October 14-16 in the city of Yerevan (Armenia). Website of the International Sambo Federation reports.
Sambo wrestlers from 23 countries participated in the tournament.
Artur Sansyzbekov (88 kg) won a gold medal, Kimal Obolbekov (53 kg) and Bayel Dzhakshylykov (79 kg) — silver, Ulanbek uulu Temirlan (58 kg) and Baktiyar uulu Munarbek (64 kg) won bronze medals.
Kyrgyzstanis won 11 medals on the first day of the championship.
