Economic growth in Kyrgyzstan will reach 3.8 percent at the end of 2022. The October review of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) says.
At the same time, GDP growth may slow down to 3.2 percent in 2023. Inflation will be quite high — 13.5 percent in 2022 and 12.4 percent in 2023.
In April 2022, the IMF predicted a 0.9 percent GDP growth this year, and 5 percent — in 2023. Inflation forecasts were 13.2 percent and 10.1 percent, respectively.
