A citizen of Turkey was detained in Kyrgyzstan. In his homeland, he organized a brothel in which he forced minors to engage in prostitution. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
«The Turkish citizen wanted by Interpol was detained on September 10 at Ak-Zhol checkpoint when trying to cross the state border of the Kyrgyz Republic. The initiators of the search are the law enforcement agencies of Turkey,» the statement says.
According to the Turkish side, the detainee organized a brothel at home for the provision of intimate services and forced six underage girls into prostitution.
During a criminal investigation, the suspect fled Turkey. The detainee was taken to the Investigation Service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.
