«The sad news of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was received with deepest sorrow in Kyrgyzstan. Please accept the sincerest condolences from me personally and from the people of Kyrgyzstan. Queen Elizabeth II will always serve as an example of devotion to the public interests of Great Britain and care for her people. In this mournful hour, I convey my sincere condolences to all members of the royal family, as well as to the people of the United Kingdom,» the telegram reads.
Queen Elizabeth II died on September 8 at the age of 96.
