Implementation of TASK project has been launched in Kyrgyzstan, which provides for assistance to textile and clothing enterprises of the Kyrgyz Republic in improving production technology. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce reports.

The project is expected to create a network between Korean and Kyrgyz companies for further cooperation. The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Korea Dyeing and Finishing Technology Institute.

The Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic Kanat Abdrakhmanov met with the President of the Korea Dyeing and Finishing Technology Institute (DYETEC) Hong San Mu and representatives of the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT). He discussed with representatives of the Korean side a grant project to create a Kyrgyz-Korean Center for Cooperation on digital technologies in textile production. The project is under consideration and provides funding of $8 million.
