Tolobek Abdyrakhmanov was appointed a rector of the Zhusup Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University (KNU). Press service of the President reported.
The corresponding decree was signed by Sadyr Japarov. Previously, Tolobek Abdyrakhmanov was the rector of the Ishenaly Arabaev Kyrgyz State University.
The head of state gave a special status to five state universities, including the KNU.
