Solvents for Pfizer coronavirus vaccine will arrive in Kyrgyzstan on August 28. Director of the Republican Immunoprophylaxis Center Gulbara Ishenapysova told 24.kg news agency.
At least 100,600 doses of this vaccine were delivered to the republic in early August. However, there was no solvents in the batch. It is impossible to vaccinate without it, so those who wanted to get vaccinated or receive a booster dose of the vaccine were offered only the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine.
A total of 20,789 cases of COVID-19 were registered for 8 months and 22 days of 2022, of which 90.3 percent were laboratory-confirmed and 9.7 percent were clinically and epidemiologically confirmed.
WHO expects a tense epidemiological situation in the autumn-winter period.
