Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Tajikistan Erlan Abdyldaev met with the Chairman of the State Land Management and Geodesy Committee of Tajikistan Orif Ashuri Khodjazoda. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The parties discussed the activities of the topographic working groups of the government delegations of the two countries on the delimitation and demarcation of the Kyrgyz-Tajik state border. Erlan Abdyldaev confirmed readiness of the Kyrgyz side to implement the agreements reached in July 2022 between the Presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan on intensification of the negotiation process on border issues.
Orif Ashuri Khojazoda expressed readiness of the Tajik side to organize the next meeting of topographic working groups on the territory of Tajikistan.
