Cabinet approves rules for remuneration of employees of state institutions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has approved the terms of remuneration of workers who do not belong to the category of civil servants and are employed in state institutions, including institutions subordinate to state executive bodies. The resolution was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov.

The document sets the minimum base rate of 7,040 soms.

It will be the basis for the calculation of official salaries. In addition, the coefficients of multiplicity of salaries and percentage salary increments for length of service have been approved.

It has been established that employees are paid bonuses for living and working in highlands and remote hard-to-reach areas, the secret nature of work and an academic degree. When going on vacation, a health improvement allowance is provided in the amount of a two-month wage fund, and at the end of the calendar year — the thirteenth salary.

The decree on establishing the conditions for remuneration of employees who are not classified as civil servants and employed in state institutions is effective from August 1, 2022. Since that time, salaries of all civil servants have been raised by a decree of the head of state.
