A serviceman was detained in Bishkek while trying to sell drugs. The Prosecutor General’s Office reports.
According to the main supervisory authority, the Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Bishkek garrison, together with the State Committee for National Security, detained the serviceman as part of a previously initiated criminal case under Article 282 (illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues for the purpose of sale) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detained serviceman is from one of the military units of the Ministry of Defense in Bishkek. He tried to sell drugs.
An investigation into the fact is underway, the detainee was placed in the guardroom of the Bishkek garrison.
