An arms cache was found in Kadamdzhai district of Batken region. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Special investigative actions were carried out as part of the criminal case on the illegal circulation of weapons and ammunition. A resident of the district was detained. A search was conducted at his place of residence.
As a result, more than 200 units of ammunition of various calibers, three firearms, an F-1 grenade, 230 bullets, an AK-74 magazine, a weapon silencer, gunpowder and much more were seized.
