The President of Kyrgyzstan will not participate in the economic forum in St. Petersburg. Spokesman for the President Erbol Sultanbaev told 24.kg news agency.
He noted that the participation of Sadyr Japarov in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is not planned.
According to media reports, the head of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, will attend the forum at the invitation of the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The forum will be held from June 15 to June 18. This year’s theme of the forum is «New World, New Opportunities». The event will also include forums for small and medium-sized businesses, creative businesses, Drug Safety, SPIEF Junior and SPIEF Sport Week.
