The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved the procedure for paying the fee and registration of permission to tint the side windows of the front doors of cars. Press service of the Government reported.
The decision was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov.
Unaa state institution was chosen as the authorized body for registration of the permits. The fee for tinting the side windows of the front doors of a car will be charged annually in the amount of:
- 80,000 soms — for individuals — residents;
- 100,000 soms — for legal entities;
- 120,000 soms — for non-residents.
Payment can be made in cash or by transferring money to the republican budget. The permit is issued for one year.
If the owner of the car refuses to use the permit before its expiration date, the paid fee is not refundable.
Vehicles of M-1 category are allowed for tinting, with the exception of cars that transport passengers (taxi).
Earlier, the President Sadyr Japarov signed the law on paid tinting of windows of cars in Kyrgyzstan.
